I'm Rishi Singla.

Planned, organized and implemented high-quality programs that are stimulating and enjoyable for all participants. Recruited, supervised, coached and evaluated staff. Provided guidance to staff and volunteers. Took responsibility for the safety and well-being of registered participants and staff at all times. Developed, delivered and documented staff training and meetings. Assisted with the development of program curriculums and lesson plans.

Managed large camps while maintaining complete vigilance while on duty and was prepared to respond to any emergency. Completed administrative duties promptly (eg. attendance, incident/accident reports, opening, and closing procedures). Made daily in-person follow-ups with parents/guardians. Understood, adhered to, and enforced Corporate Policies & Procedures, Confidentiality Guidelines, Emergency Procedures, and Health and Safety Standards for all participants and staff.

Assisted in managing large groups of swimmers and reported to deck supervisors in case of emergencies. Maintained a safe and playful learning environment while assisting children to perfect their techniques. Removed hazards from the deck to prevent injuries. Monitored children’s play activities to run swim lesions efficiently.

Currently attending The University of Ottawa for an Honours in Bachelors of Science with a Major in Computer Science. Attained a 10.0 GPA for Introduction to Computing.

I am a team player with a strong background in programming and graphics design. I am proficient with Python and Java with experience in programming with C++ and designing with Figma and Tinkercad.
