I'm Rishi Singla.

Conducted user experience research through stakeholder interviews and review of 30+ legacy documents to identify pain points. Designed 50+ Figma prototypes and developed 4 HTML versions to test accessibility and usability improvements. Co-led planning and execution of usability testing sessions with 20 participants to validate interface improvements. Ensured all design outputs aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA standard, supporting inclusive public and internal access.

Strategically planned, organized and executed engaging programs, improving participant retention by 15%. Led a team in developing and delivering STEM programs that engaged over 100 participants. Maintained compliance with safety protocols, achieving a 100% safety record during the program.

Managed large camps while maintaining complete vigilance while on duty and was prepared to respond to any emergency. Completed administrative duties promptly (eg. attendance, incident/accident reports, opening, and closing procedures). Made daily in-person follow-ups with parents/guardians. Understood, adhered to, and enforced Corporate Policies & Procedures, Confidentiality Guidelines, Emergency Procedures, and Health and Safety Standards for all participants and staff.

Currently attending The University of Ottawa for an Honours in Bachelors of Science with a Major in Computer Science. Enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering and Entrepreneurial courses. Attained a 4.0 GPA in Introduction to Computing, Software Engineering and Programming Paradigms.
